4.1.2 Individual conferences and sport coaches associations wishing to modify playing rules in a sport may submit a request for rules changes to the MC sport representative and 3C2A Executive. Such requests shall be directed through the Office of the 3C2A Executive and shall be presented to the appropriate 3C2A committee using Form 5A. | |
