California Community College Athletic Association
The granting of a redefined recruiting area or an out-of-state recruiting waiver classifies the areas permitted as within the college’s recruiting area and all recruiting activities permitted to such individuals as per Bylaw 2.1 are allowed, except for transportation of out-of-state prospective student-athletes.
