Kyle Young & Lily Worley Named CCCWPCA Week Three Players of the Week

Young led the Hawks to a 4-1 weekend in CCCAA play and performed well on both ends of the pool. He netted 16 total goals in six games highlighted by a four-goal effort in a victory over Grossmont. He scored two or more goals in each game. He was a facilitator as well as he lofted up 22 assists featuring a seven-assist game in a win over El Camino. He recorded three or more assist in four games. His defense was impeccable as well with a total of 15 steals and one field block. He pocketed six steals against Grossmont and five steals against El Camino.

Golden West College Rustlers
Worley had another sensational week in the pool that featured 14 goals, 10 steals and eight assists. Her efforts are highlighted by a six-goal effort in a win over LA Valley after scoring four goals against Orange Coast. She currently ranks fourth in the state in goals with 37.
