Rebecca Ensing started with the 3C2A in October 2022 as the Assistant Director of Operations before being elevated to Director of Events and Operations on July 1, 2025. In her role,she oversees leadership of the annual 3C2A Convention, Fall Conference and social media, as well as assists with branding, state championship and other state office operations. Ensing will add key sponsorship responsibilities, including partnership fulfillment, branding visibility and on-site activation.

Before joining the 3C2A, Ensing served as Account Executive, Client Relations at the University of California Berkeley. While at Cal, she built and maintained relationships with close to 1,300 season seat members as well as assisted in the support of game day operations across four sports.

Rebecca is a former 3C2A student-athlete from Allan Hancock College where she then transferred to San Diego State University to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Administration. She also holds a Masters Degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.
