Katherine Zedonis joined the 3C2A in March of 2022 as the Director of Membership Services where she supports all aspects of the membership governance, committees, and legislative processes. She works closely with the Conference Commissioners and supports both the appeals processes as well as interpretative needs of the membership.

Before joining the 3C2A, Zedonis served as the Senior Association Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator at the University of California, Davis. During her time at Davis, Zedonis oversaw the management of five sports, athletic academic advising and compliance. She had also served on several committees including chair of the NCAA women’s water polo committee and the MPSF conference administrative committee as well as the executive committee. Campus committees included co-chair of the Athletics Title IX Committee and a member of the campus Compliance and Risk Management Committee.

Prior to Davis, Zedonis was the Director of Athletic Compliance at Sacramento State for eleven years. Zedonis graduated from the University of California, Berkeley where she was a member of the field hockey team. She holds a Master’s in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco.
