Bobcats keep Saddleback women's golf unbeaten this fall
MENIFEE - The Saddleback women's golf team remained unbeaten for the season with a win at Menifee Lakes Country Club on Wednesday. Amber Davalos led the team in the win.
Saddleback wasn't really challenged on Wednesday, winning by 29 strokes. It was the fourth straight win to start the season as the Bobcats have now built a four-game lead in the Orange Empire Conference standings.
Davalos was her normal self, shooting 76 to finish second in medalist play. Fullerton's Chelsey Gutierrez finished one shot better at 75.
Following Davalos in the Saddleback lineup were Sabrina Ladd (82), Nicole Whipple (84) and Lia Harvey (86).
Saddleback will play again next Monday when they travel to Singing Hills Golf Resort in El Cajon.
