Folsom Takes 2nd in Final Big 8 Tournament

Playing in their final Big 8 Tournament of the season, the FLC golf team secured a second place finish in the Big 8 standings with another tournament 2nd place yesterday at Windsor Golf Club.  Santa Rosa won the tournament and was crowned Big 8 Champions, ending Folsom Lake's two-year reign.  Over the last five years, the Falcons have won two titles and finished second three times.  They will now have 11 days to prepare for the NorCal Championship in Merced on May 4, with hopes of qualifying for the State Championship on May 11.
