Folsom Lake, Saddleback and Long Beach City clamp down top three spots in CCCSIA Women's Soccer Poll
SAN BERNARDINO - We’ve reached the part of the soccer season where you might expect changes in a regular poll.
Not in women’s soccer. Not in 2025.
The main players in the bi-weekly poll of sports information professionals from the California Community College Sports Information Association remained the same.
While there was some movement amongst the teams, the top two spots remained the same, with Folsom Lake remaining on top with nine first-place votes, keeping a slight lead over No. 2 Saddleback, which received two first-place votes.
Long Beach City and Santiago Canyon swapped spots at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, with the Vikings having an 11-point lead over the Hawks.
Only one team from the previous vote fell out of the top 10, as Consumnes River fell from 10 to No. 14, being replaced by Fresno City, which moved from 11 to 9. The rest moved around the grid, with No. 5 Sierra moving up from 7, San Francisco dropping a spot to No. 6, Cypress moving up a spot to No. 7, Canada climbing to No. 8, and No. 10 Canyons falling from No. 6.
Teams still have about three weeks to build toward the postseason, so there’s plenty of time remaining for movement.
