RPI ratings included in this week's State Top 25 Women's Basketball Poll
While the CCCWBCA State Top 25 Poll reflects the representative head coaches opinion/analysis of the best teams in the state, TSRPI numbers are the No. 1 criteria for determining playoff seedings.
This week's coaches' rankings continue the undefeated season of #1 College of the Sequoias (22-0), which earned all 17 first-place votes and 425 points. The Giants are followed by #2 Orange Coast (403), #3 Mt. San Antonio (386), #4 Moorpark (367), new #5 Glendale (330), #6 Folsom Lake (324), #7 Laney (323), new #8 San Joaquin Delta (276), #9 San Jose City (256) and #10 Sierra (254).
Both #17 Fullerton and #18 Long Beach City each climbed two spots. City College of San Francisco rejoined the rankings at #24.
The South Region has the majority of top TSRPI numbers with 16 of the ranked teams among the top 24 in overall RPI (the ratings listed below was as of games through Jan. 27).
