Cypress finished the game with 13 hits, nine in the first inning alone.
Kaitlyn Reynolds was nearly perfect in her start. She allowed just one hit in four innings of work with four strikeouts and no walks. At the plate, she added two hits, two RBIs, and a run
The Chargers got to work early and took a 1-0 lead just two batters in after Reynolds singled in Joan. After McPherson dove in Reynolds, Ortiz fully energized her squad with a single the plated two more runners.
If that wasn't enough, Jacobsen stepped up next and hit a no-doubter over the left-field fence to put the game out of reach.
