KNIGHTS CRUISE TO 83-61 WIN OVER MIRAMAR
The Knights extended their win streak to three games after cruising to an 83-61 home victory over Miramar on Friday night. Chris Burton had a game-high 18 points to go with two blocks and two steals. Christian Jones scored 17 points and dished out seven assists.

Miramar (6-14) came in having won its last two games, but the Knights (15-8) were eager to continue their winning ways and it didn't take long for them to take control of Friday's game. The Knights ended the first half on an 11-5 run to take a 36-25 halftime lead.
SDCC scored the first eight points and went on a 20-8 run during the first 7:23 of the second half to take a 56-31 lead.
The Knights went ahead by as many as 28 points late in the game and went on to win by their second largest margin of victory this season. Their largest was a 119-71 win over Barstow on November 14.
Caleb Singleton was the third starter to score in double figures for the Knights. He had 15 points, including 3-of-6 on three-pointers, along with eight rebounds.
The Knights capitalized on Miramar's 18 turnovers by scoring 28 points off of them. SDCC's 17 offensive rebounds led to a 17-6 edge on second chance points.
