Blake scored nine points in the first quarter to help City take a 19-12 advantage after 10 minutes of action.
Both teams struggled offensively in the second quarter, but the Knights ended up outscoring Mission, 9-5, to go into the halftime break with a 28-17 lead.
The Knights then started the third quarter with a 12-4 run to open up a 19-point lead, but L.A. Mission fought back with a 24-8 run in the final five minutes of the quarter to get within three.
Mission then tied the game at 48-48 on a 3-pointer with 6:39 remaining in the fourth quarter, but that would end up being their final bucket of the game.
The Knights shot 60% percent in the fourth and hit 8-of-9 from the free throw line to finish the game on a 20-0 run. The Knights' defense held Mission to 1-of-14 (7.1%) from the field as they pulled away for their first road victory of the season.
City dominated the interior with a 38-16 advantage on points in the paint and won the rebound battle, 33-29.
Liliana Maldonado contributed 12 points and three assists, while Justice Shorty added four points off the bench.
