The Knights' 90-point victory was the largest in team history as it surpassed an 86-point win over Cuyamaca on January 12, 2018.
Starting forward Marley Gonzalez recorded season-highs in points (22) and rebounds (12), while also dishing out four assists to help the Knights win their 21st straight over Imperial Valley.
Reid Celestin scored the first six points of the game and ended up with 14 to go with nine rebounds.
Logan Huston made all seven of his free throw attempts on his way to 13 points, while also finishing with seven rebounds and four assists.
Micah Brickner provided 10 points and a season-high 15 rebounds off the bench. Abraham Kamano and Dillon Cubit also chipped in 10 points a piece off the bench.
The Knights wasted no time in turning Saturday night's game into a rout as they scored the first 10 points of the game and had an 18-point lead less than nine minutes into the contest.
San Diego City had a 51-19 halftime lead after shooting 60.6% in the first half, but then shot a scorching 73.7% in the second half and outscored IVC 68-10.
The Knights, ranked No. 12 in the state, are now 3-0 in the PCAC and 11-4 overall.
Their next game is at Cuyamaca on Wednesday at 5 p.m. City currently holds a 25-game win streak over the Coyotes.
