
The MSJC men's basketball team moved back to five hundred on the season Wednesday night with an impressive road win at Palomar 82-73.
The Eagles led by two at the half 31-29 and the two teams went back and forth most of the second. MSJC took the lead for good at 58-56 with 9:18 to play in the game on a James Freeman IV lay-up off an assist from Gary Dotson. The Eagles methodically pulled away from that point on.
Adrian Mosley led the Eagle offense as he recorded his second straight double double with a game high 24 points and 10 rebounds. Freeman finished the night with 16 points and 7 boards while Dotson also hit double figures with 10. Kameron Manning-Fuimaono came off the bench to add 8 big points in the second half.
The Eagles are now 3-3 on the season and will host perennial state power Fullerton College on Saturday. Saturday's game is set to tip-off at 3 pm.
