Riverside City College couldn't hold off Cypress College in an 8-0 loss Tuesday afternoon.
The Tigers slip to 11-28 overall and 3-17 in the Orange Empire Conference, while the Chargers improve to 31-7 on the year, 16-4 in conference.
Four Tigers had hits in the game, with Rebeca Razo leading the group with a 2-for-3 performance at the plate. Bobbi Arce, Samantha Sizemore and India Hester also had hits for RCC.
Riverside closes out the year on Thursday, hosting Cypress at 3 p.m. The Tigers will honor three sophomores before the game: Chloe Lockhart, Summer Sanders, and Brianna Burries.
