Riverside City College finally got back to its winning ways with a 73-64 victory on the road at Saddleback College.
The Tigers improve to 12-11 on the year and 4-6 in Orange Empire Conference action, while the Bobcats drop to 10-12 overall, 4-6 in conference.
Christian Warren led two Tigers in double digits with 24 points (9-for-15), while Deacon Toliver followed with 11 points on impressive 5-for-6 shooting. Corey Mitchell was right on the cusp of a double-double with eight points (3-for-6) and eight rebounds.
RCC dominated the glass (40-26), with Andre Skelin leading the charge for the Tigers with nine boards.
The Tigers came up big in the paint, with half their points coming from inside the key. RCC also limited its turnovers to just 13, which only resulted in five points for the Bobcats.
Riverside looks to build on the win as it hosts No. 28 Cypress College on Friday at 5 p.m.
