Compton, Calif. - Sophomores Jose Castaneda and Felipe Cisneros and freshman David Trevino-Lermas were honored for Sophomore Day, but the men's soccer team fell 4-0 to Long Beach in its home finale on Tuesday evening.
Freshman Jose Rodriguez led the team in shots, while Trevino-Lermas and Castaneda both counted shots on goals.
In the goal, freshman Ruben Martinez earned three saves in the 90-minute effort.
Compton (3-13-2, 0-6-1) close out the 2018 season at LA Harbor on Friday, Nov. 9 at 3 p.m.
