 Final Notice Spring Sport Cycle 2026

At-a-Glance 

• Fall Conference will begin Wednesday, November 5 and conclude Friday, November 7
• Registration is complimentary to the association and can be completed HERE
• Rooms under the 3C2A block are no longer available; Please book directly with the hotel HERE
• Parking is available on-site for $20/day; overnight guests will have in/out privileges

• General sessions relevant to 3C2A current events will be offered 
• The Fall Reception will be Wednesday, November 5th 
• Live voting and a Legislative Forum will occur Thursday, November 6th 
• Exhibitors will be on-site Wednesday & Thursday, November 5-6
• Fall Conference will close with the November Board Meeting on November 7th
