3C2A Women's Wrestling State Championships Set for Saturday
Fresno City College will host the 2026 3C2A Women's Wrestling State Championships on Saturday, May 2nd.
Fresno, Calif. - The 2026 3C2A Women's Wrestling State Championships will be held at Fresno City College on Saturday, May 2.
Twenty teams are set to compete for the title in the one-day event.
Cerritos College enters as the favorite to repeat once again after capturing the Southern California Wrestling Alliance championship with a 3-0 record. They also finished the regular season by winning the Leader of the Pack Tournament at East Los Angeles College by 53 points.
The Falcons have won the first three state championships in the short history of sport in the 3C2A.
Mt. San Antonio College and Palomar College will be teams to watch after both finished on top of their bracket at the Dual State Championships back in March.
Mt. SAC wrapped up the season with a second place finish at the Leader of the Pack Tournament while Palomar hosted and placed first in their inaugural Comet Clash Tournament. Both teams have the potential to challenge and pull off an upset on Saturday.
