The men's basketball team faced the tough task of playing Hancock College (14-5) in Santa Maria on Wednesday night.  OC battled but fell by a score of 91-76.

Lymiere Banks led the Condors with 16 points and six assists, with teammates Colin Vallance, Malik Patton, and Luis Nunes all chipping in 12 each.

"We you get your guys to play the way you want them to; hard, smart, and together...[if we play like that] We have a chance to win some games down the stretch," replied coach Ron McClurkin.

The loss dropped OC to 1-2 in conference, with another big challenge on Saturday night.  The Condors will host LA Pierce, in the Condor's Nest, at 3:00 pm.
