The Falcons had the tough task of facing the #1 ranked team in all of California – Delta College, with a record of 24-1 - on Thursday night in Stockton and fell to the Mustangs, 81-49. The Falcons again struggled with their outside shooting, especially from three-point territory, where they made just 1 of 16. A large part of that can be attributed to the stingy Mustang defense, which tallied 24 steals. Leading scorers for the Falcons were Taylor Sexton and Mo Peters with 10 points apiece. The Falcons saw their record fall to 15-12 and 6-7 in Big 8 play. They have just one regular-season game remaining, against Sierra College (19-6, 9-3) on Tuesday night at Falcon Gym.
