Sophomore wide receiver Kameron Pleasant had three touchdown receptions, and the Cabrillo College football team knocked off visiting Los Medaños 28-7 in nonconference play Saturday at Carl Conelly Stadium.

Pleasant, a returning all-conference selection out of Detroit, had eight catches for 145 yards.

Sophomore quarterback Devon Daich, a Monte Vista Christian School alumnus, threw two of the scoring passes and also ran for a touchdown. He finished 16-of-27 passing for 198 yards but was plagued by three interceptions.

Ryan Kraft was 1-of-2 passing for 64 yards, connecting with Pleasant from 64 yards out in the third quarter.

Pleasant's other scoring receptions went for 24 and 10 yards. He had nine catches for a team-high 127 yards and a touchdown in the Seahawks' 31-7 win over Contra Costa two weeks ago.

"I don't like touching the ground," Pleasant said. "I don't like getting tackled. I practice to not go down and finish every time I touch the ball."
