Glendale wins 20th straight game, 56-42 over Citrus
On a night that the GCC Women's Basketball Team won its 20th game for the second straight season, shooting woes made it look like more of a struggle than it was in a 56-42 win over Citrus College Wednesday in the Verdugo Gym.
Not 20-1overall and 7-0 in the WSC South, shot under 35 percent from the field and 26 percent from the three point Line. Zoe Rouse led the Lady Vaqs in scoring with 16 points with Penelopi Treiu chipping in with 14 and Tess Oakley-Stilson adding 13 points. Gloria Bianchi had nine rebounds and Vicky Oganyan had six assists.
Glendale continues WSC South play at home Saturday Feb. 1 in the Verdugo Gym against West L.A. College at 5 pm
