The Viking defeated the Tartars 86-37 on Wednesday evening in the Hall of Champions. With the win, the Vikings hold a 19-8 overall record, and are still undefeated in conference play with a 3-0 record.

The Vikings took charge at the start as they opened the game with a tip-in from freshman wing Donavion Huskey. The Vikings held on as they finished out the quarter ahead 17-7 and continued to dominate the rest of the game.

Sophomore guard Isabel Lizarraga led the team with 25 points and had four steals and four assists. Huskey was right behind her with her first triple-double of the season with 22 total points, 17 points and 11 steals. Freshman point guard Ivori Scott also racked up 14 rebounds and had seven points and five blocks for the Vikings.

The Vikings will return to the court on Friday, Jan. 31 at LA Harbor College in their fourth conference game at 5 p.m.
