CONSOLATION PRIZE WINNERS

CONSOLATION PRIZE WINNERS: The un-ranked Hornets beat #16 Moorpark College 55-50 taking the consolation championship of the 36th  Annual Colleen Riley Invite this past weekend at the Hornets Nest.

En route to a fifth place finish, FC fell to Palomar College on day one of the tourney 68-57.

On day two, Fullerton took out Contra Costa College 74-55 advancing them to the consolation match-up verses Moorpark College.  

The Hornets went on to win the game against the Raiders gaining some confidence as they gear up for Orange Empire Conference-play on January 9th when they face off against Cypress College at Cypress.  The tip-off is at 5:30 pm. 

Mt. San Antonio College (#1 in the state - 16-0) won the tournament beating Cerritos College 74-57 in the title game.
