El Camino College snapped a mini two-game losing streak on Wednesday thanks to solid offensive efforts from Connor Oliver and Gabriel Vargas-Featherstone to defeat Moorpark 3-1 (20-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-23) in a Western State Conference match Wednesday night at Moorpark.
The Warriors (6-3) got double digit kills from Oliver and Vargas-Featherstone while Tommy Fraker (30) and Orlando Alvarado (10) combined for 40 assists in the win.
Luke Grafton added 20 digs while William Lubs led the way with four blocks and Tucker Merritt added three blocks to pace the defense.
The Warriors will wrap up a two-game road week on Friday as they head to Santa Monica. First serve is set for 6 p.m.
