No. 2 LBCC Men’s Volleyball Hosts San Diego Mesa in CCCAA Round One Playoffs

After hauling in a Western State Southern Division Championship for the fifth-consecutive year, the No. 2 Long Beach City College men's volleyball team is preparing to take on the San Diego Mesa College Olympians on Friday, April 15 at home at 6 p.m. in round-one playoff action.

Cost of admission to the contest is $12 for general admission and $8 for students, faculty, staff, seniors, and children. There will be $2 metered parking permits for all visitors available outside of the Hall of Champions.

The Vikings look to reclaim their state title as they won the 2019 State Championship by defeating Irvine Valley College in a 3-0 sweep. Last year, the Vikings' season was canceled due to the pandemic.

The Olympians recently took third place in the Pacific Coast Conference with an 8-13, 4-5 record.
