Santa Rosa Junior College Bear Cubs  had everything working on Friday, winning big over Solano 14-2. Bear Cubs  opened up scoring in the first inning, when Carmen Haugen was struck by a pitch, driving in a run. SRJC put up five runs in the second inning.  The offensive onslaught came from doubles by Mandy O'Keefe and Haugen and a single by Sullivan Henry. Lily Castro was the winning pitcher for the Bear Cubs . The pitcher went five innings, allowing two runs on five hits, striking out three and walking one.

SRJC racked up 11 hits in the game.  Castro, Henry, and Olivia Gabriel each collected multiple hits for Santa Rosa Junior College Bear Cubs .  Gabriel, Henry, and Castro each collected two hits to lead the Bear Cubs . The sure handed Bear Cubs  didn't commit a single error in the field. O'Keefe had the most chances in the field with five.  Hannah Hosier led Santa Rosa Junior College Bear Cubs  with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with seven stolen bases.
