Kyla Dothard (18 kills, 18 digs) and Ella Gawallek (8 kills) led AVC in a losing effort against West LA. The Marauder lost 25-17, 25-20, 25-23 to the Cougars on Wednesday. Vanessa Fletes had 30 assists and 7 digs, while Nicole Fletes had 9 digs.
The Marauder suffered the same fate on Friday when they traveled to Bakersfield, losing to the Renegades 25-13, 25-17, 25-12. With a 2-8 overall record (0-3) in conference... AVC is on the road at Santa Monica and West Coast Baptist (non-conference) before returning home for a conference match against Citrus on October 14.
