Courtney Carbajal Double in Away Win

Four goals in each half set the Hawks up for an 8-1 victory at Orange Coast College. The Pirates awoke the slumbering visitors with an early goal from distance on 5 minutes but Hannah Roskelly responded almost immediately with a fine equalizer from the top of the box. Kendra Koerth scored from distance on twenty minutes, and the Hawks never looked back. Alex Vanous and Courtney Carbajal each grabbed a goal and SCC led at the half 4-1.

 

Chloe Helenihi scored with in 3 minutes of the restart. Brianna Diaz, Ashley Dart and Carbajal then combined to round out the scoring for a convincing win. Arianna Radilla and Emily Diplock shared the goal-keeping duties.
