SBCC hit .347 on Friday night in a 25-17, 25-17, 25-16 sweep at Citrus. The Vaqueros (5-10) tied their season low with seven hitting errors.
Kenzie Garrison led the way with nine kills and five digs while Grace Trocki had seven kills and hit .700 with no errors. Kate Richardson added five digs and three blocks for the Vaqueros, who out-hit the Owls .355 to .062 in the opening set and .347 to .048 for the match.
Setter Danielle Hewitt had 30 assists, eight digs and two aces. Ashley Albee had a team-high 11 digs.
The Vaqueros will play another non-conference match vs. a WSC East team on Wednesday when they travel to L.A. Pierce for a 6 p.m. contest.
