TORRANCE, Calif. - El Camino College started off South Coast Conference play with a 1-0 loss vs East Los Angeles.
The Warriors (2-8-4, 0-1) are winless in their last seven games. The Warriors had a majority of the possession for most of the game but the Huskies (2-7-2, 1-0) were more clinical with their chances.
East Los Angeles outshot the Warriors (8 to 6), however the Warriors had four shots on goal to the Huskies two shots on goal. Perla Navarro scored a goal off a long ball in the 3rd minute of the game. Andrea Martinez scored the second goal for the Huskies in the 84th minute of the game.
Kelly Gallagher was credited with two saves for the match.
The Warriors will head to Pasadena City College next Tuesday, October 22nd. Kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 PM.
