The Falcon women did not play their best game on Friday night, but still managed to come home with a 53-32 victory over Cosumnes River in Sacramento. Defensively, the Falcons allowed their fewest points (32) in a game this season and held the Hawks to just 19% shooting. Conversely, the Hawks out-rebounded the Falcons 47-34. Individually, three Falcons led the team in scoring with 10 points each; Delaney Keddie, Taylor Sexton, and Alexis Zimmerman. The Falcons improved their overall record to 15-10 and remain firmly in fourth place in the Big 8 at 6-5. They will host Modesto (22-10, 3-8 in Big 8) on Tuesday night at Falcon Gym.
