The Falcon women had a busy Labor Day weekend with matches against Lake Tahoe on Friday and Evergreen Valley on Sunday, with both being played at Lake Tahoe Community College. Friday's game against top-ranked Lake Tahoe was an intense match that remained scoreless through the first 70 minutes of play. The Coyotes managed a goal and looked like they would be victorious, but the Falcons fought hard to create scoring chances and finally tied the score when Sarah Scott connected a cross to Emily Doty in the final minute of play for the 1-1 draw.
