Women's Soccer played the first of its two games at the New Balance Classic on Thursday, topping Santa Barbara City College 2-1. The tournament, hosted by Ventura College, picks up again today for the 2nd and final day of competition. 

The top performer for the Owls in the win over Santa Barbara was Isabela DeLeon. The Sophomore midfielder netted the first goal for Citrus at the 47th minute. She was assisted by Berenice Mencinas. DeLeon would get involved again for the 2nd and winning goal. She assisted Samantha Vega in the 68th minute to seal the victory. 

Citrus plays again today against Fresno City College, again at Ventura College. First touch is scheduled for 6:00 PM.
