GCC Baseball earns No. 4 seed in 2019 CCCAA Playoffs; Host Santa Barbara May 3-4 at Stengel Field

The Glendale College Baseball team will host the first round of the 2019 CCCAA Southern California Regionals Friday and Saturday May 3-4 at Stengel Field in the two out of three game format against Santa Barbara. Friday's game May 3 will start at 2 pm with the first game Saturday May 4 to begin at 11 am with a third game if necessary will start at 3 pm.

Glendale, 26-14, is the 2019 Western State Conference East Champion and has won the WSC Title seven times in the last nine years while Santa Barbara finished the season tied for the WSC North title and is 23-13 overall this season. Glendale is seeded No. 4 in the CCCAA playoffs while Santa Barbara is seeded No. 13.
