No. 3 Fullerton passed its first big test of the playoff season at home Saturday afternoon defeating Bakersfield College 1-0 in double overtime.
A defensive struggle throughout, the Hornets pulled off the win to keep their amazing season alive.
It was Arnold Gomez's goal in the 110th minute that was the difference maker with Ryan Meinardus supplying the assist.
