Men's Basketball Ends The Season At Fresno City

The Reedley College men's basketball Tigers finished the 2018-19 season with a 9-19 record after two losses last week.

Reedley fell to West Hills Coalinga 68-63 on Feb. 20 in Coalinga before finishing the season with a 92-68 loss to Central Valley Conference champion Fresno City College on Saturday in Fresno.

The Tigers finished in eighth place in the nine-team conference with a 3-13 record.

In the loss to West Hills, Reedley led 31-18 at halftime before being outscored 50-32 in the final 20 minutes. Cole Taber had a double-double for Reedley with 11 points and 11 rebounds. Ruben Parks led Reedley with 25 while Tyre Hicks added 11.

Hicks netted a season high of 21 points against FCC while Parks netted 17.

Uriah Carter was named to the conference all-freshman team on Sunday.
