No. 3-ranked Citrus College got some revenge Wednesday night, grabbing a dominating 112-85 victory over defending Western State Conference champion, No. 30-ranked West LA.

The Owls picked up their 16th win in a row to improve to 19-2 on the year and remain undefeated in conference. The Wildcats – who last year swept the series with the Owls en route to the conference championship – slip to 13-8 overall and 5-2 in WSC-South with the defeat.

Six Owls finished the night in double figures, led by Chris Chiles' 19 points and five assists. Jayden Johnston (5-for-8) and Rudy Suarez (5-for-10) each chipped in 15 points, while Grant Martin (6-for-9) added 14 points. Uriah Foster posted 12 points on 4-of-6 shooting and Anthony Tello finished with 11 points.

Aibigho Ujadughele led the Owls' rebounding effort with 13 boards, helping Citrus crush the glass 52-to-38. Tello followed with nine rebounds and had three steals on the night.

West LA won the tip but Citrus struck first off a Tello steal and never looked back.

The Owls look to carry momentum with them as they head back out on the road, traveling to Bakersfield College on Saturday for a 5 p.m. tip off.
