The West Valley women's soccer team closed out the 2019 season with a 4-0 NorCal playoff loss at state #1 Lake Tahoe Saturday afternoon. Coach Jennifer Kerwin's Vikings finished with a 10-10-2 overall mark and were in the thick of the Coast-South title chase until the last week of the season. 2019 highlights included wins over crosstown rivals Evergreen Valley (3-0), De Anza (12-0) and Cabrillo (4-1), and a 3-1 penalty kick win at West Hills-Lemoore in the CCCAA NorCal opener.
