SANTA ANA, Calif. - The No. 12 ranked Dons Women's Volleyball team is set for the second half of Orange Empire Conference (OEC) play as they take on Golden West (7-7, 4-4) on Wednesday night.
SAC (13-2, 6-2) initially took the first match against Golden West by a score of 3-0 but later forfeited due to use of an ineligible player. Since then, the Dons have only lost one match and are currently in a tie for second place with Orange Coast.
Golden West comes in at an even .500 record with hopes of earning a playoff bid. Another win over Santa Ana would give them a nice touch to their resume as they try to gain momentum heading toward the final stretch of the season.
