Bio
Through all of the changes in the 3C2A - including a name transition from the Commission on Athletics (COA) - the one constant since 1997 has been Administrative Assistant Rima Trotter, the defacto historian of the state office who uses her wealth of experience to benefit the association. She assists the state office in all areas and is the primary contact for the 3C2A Directory.
Whether it's her vast background with the annual 3C2AConvention or the countless relationships she’s built with administrators, staff and coaches throughout the state, Trotter is an indispensable resource. The Oakland native who grew up in Chico when she was young and has resided in Sacramento since 1977, loves to read, do jigsaw puzzles, watch movies and, most recently, has added travel after a recent trip to Europe.
Trotter has seven children and good-naturedly says that “sadly” she only has four grandchildren (3 boys, 1 girl).
